An art show with an epic cast of contributors opened on June 21, 2003, at the New Image Art Gallery in West Hollywood. Scheduled to run through the last day of Summer, "Lead Poisoning" is a pencil drawing show with artwork from a bevy of heavy skateboard types including Mark Gonzales, Neil Blender, Big Boys' vocalist Randy "Biscuit" Turner, Big Boys' and Monkeywrench guitarist Tim Kerr, Garry Scott Davis, Stacy Peralta and plenty more. Scroll along to view some of the highlights of the show.

Artist Rich Jacob sketched this portrait of GSD with the caption: "garry s. davis -- the inventor of the boneless one (ohio) 1980 from a photo by his brother james davis."

Dual portraits by the boneless one himself, Garry Scott Davis.

Some kind of abstract vision by O.G. skate man Stacy Peralta.

Texas skate dog Chris Shary drew this portrait of his young son, showing what's on his mind.

Master of the jolly mamba Neil Blender created this pictorial ode to the skateboard wheel with specimens of the Rat Bone, G&S Rollerball and even the "Gonz wheel."

Speaking of the Gonz, here's his contribution. A piece showcasing his typical brilliance with words like "This drawing makes me so (greatful) that i have paper to draw with." Greatful (sp) was erased.

Tim Kerr, whose guitar strains have graced the sound of bands like the Big Boys, Bad Mutha Goose and the Monkeywrench, shows he has other talents as well. This drawing contains the words: "When I was a little kid... I saw a movie about Jim Thorpe. When Jim's dad takes him to the Indian reservation school that Jim is suppose to attend, Jim waits for his dad to get out of sight... then because Jim does not want to go to the reservation school to learn the "white man's" rules... he runs the 4 or 5 miles back to his home beating his dad who had a head start and a horse and wagon! I thought that was the coolest..."

Randy "Biscuit" Turner is not only an excellent artist, he makes some of the most magnificent frames going. The frame for this masterpiece was so large, it couldn't fit all the way in the photo...

Two old school skate rock vocalists, Biscuit of the Big Boys and Brian of JFA, reunited again at the show.
