Frontside Five - Fall Out of Line
6/18/2006
Denver's Frontside Five released their second full length CD titled Fall Out of Line. In the two years since their debut CD the band has really stepped it up; the songs are tighter, the production is better and it just plain ole' kicks more ass. The song titles read like the story of a skaters typical weekend: skate to hell, nuke your neighbor, visions of glory, conspiracy, nobody answers, she spits, fall out of line, que hora es, drinkin' til dawn, psyco, bomb a hill, and mr hyde. This is true to the core skaterock. You can pick it up from Fivecore Records. The band is doing a western U.S. tour this summer. Check them out if they come your way.

SkateRock is Music For Skaters by Skaters
Skate Rock wasn't born, created or invented. Skate Rock was inevitable. Skaters are skaters first and foremost and whatever other labels society tries to lay on us are shunned. We define ourselves. A big part of that is making our own music. Musical influences from outside skate culture were filtered, twisted and adapted. Skaters took the loud fast and angry parts of punk, stripped away the fashion pose, and injected new ideas and humor to create Skate Rock. For skaters by skaters.
Believe in the Skate Culture Revolution! Long live Skate Rock!
